DIGITAL Strategist 


We're looking for a Digital Strategist to join the growing DECIDE. team.
We are open to applicants who are looking for a part time or flexible role, as well as those seeking a full time role.

About You:

  • Proven track record in managing and developing clients and a commercial mind-set
  • Comfortable working in a mixed technical and creative environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, be resourceful and use your initiative 
  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to form and develop effective and beneficial business relationships
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced and demanding but collaborative environment 
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing and the ability to add value, proposing solutions to meet client’s objectives 
  • A finger on the pulse of an ever-changing digital environment and thorough understanding of how to meet omnichannel expectations

Desirable strategic attributes and capabilities:

  • Understands omni-channel marketing in the context of consumer goods and the specific roles of digital
  • Appreciates what best practice looks like within both on AND offline channels (i.e. at home, online, in-store and on-the-go)
  • Knowledge on the challenge of delivering seamless integration of campaigns (i.e. building brand equity AND driving sales)

Expected to take the lead on:

  • Conducting critical evaluation/audit of client/prospect ‘digital engagement’ activities
  • Make objective (evidence-based) recommendations on strategic priorities for given digital channels/touch points (informed by data and professional practice)
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders in the preparation of tailored proposals (in both pitch and ‘live’ brief scenarios)

We're looking for an intelligent and talented mid/senior Artworker to join our team. You must have a keen eye for detail, an appreciation of design and layout and take pride in applying a consistent and accurate approach to your


As a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player you should also be accustomed to working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You should take artwork seriously, but a sense of fun is always welcome. 


  • 5+ years artwork experience (ideally within a creative consultancy but print studio experience an advantage) specialising in packaging but with experience of on/offline comms including POS, brochures, leaflets and print ads
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and design concepts
  • A good understanding of print process and reprographics
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Take responsibility for professional development and knowledge of latest software
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the artwork team and have the ability to organise and prioritise workloads
  • Remain calm under pressure and work quickly and accurately 


  • Photoshop retouching / image manipulation / 3D visualising skills
  • Maintain internal processes and continually look for ways to improve them
